What type of options can I add to a product?

What is the an "Extra" option?

What is a "Provisional" option?
A "provisional" option is an option that is included in the quote with a placeholder price. This allows you to offer a product or service that has not yet been fully defined or priced, giving you flexibility in your quoting process.
What is the 'Customer mode'?
the 'Customer mode' hides the purchase price and margin information for products and options, just in case the customer is looking over your shoulder while you are creating the quote. This can be enabled in the quote settings and is visible only to the user creating the quote.
